Researchers and designers have begun to devote more time and energy to studying urban escape scenarios because they know how important it is to comprehend the complex ways in which people perceive and interact with the built environment. Olfaction, the sense of scent, is an important part of this multimodal experience since it greatly influences how perceive and engage with the environment. The importance of smell is magnified in Asian urban settings since these places frequently offer a varied and varied sensory landscape, marked by a multitude of environmental, cultural, and gastronomic influences.
