Abstract

The purpose of the study was to review and analyze the techniques and tools used by cyber terrorists in exploiting artificial intelligence, and to understand how artificial intelligence contributes to enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of cyber terrorism.the importance of this study is to understand the effects of using artificial intel ligence on fueling cyber terrorism and increasing its effectiveness, and identify the challenges facing counter-terrorism operations. the study followed the descriptive analytical approach to describe the legal framework for artificial intelligence and fueling cyber terrorism, and analyzing legal texts.
