The Analysis of Labor Absorption in the Creative Economic Sector in Makassar City

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of capital, wages, production value and number of business units on labor absorption in the creative economy sector in Makassar City. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods with data sources obtained using primary data through questionnaires and direct interviews and secondary data in the form of journals, theses, internet media, and data from the Tourism & DPMPTSP office. The results of the research with a significance level of 5 percent show that capital, wages, production value, number of business units has an influence on labor absorption in the creative economy sector in Makassar City.
